Sea Oats -n- Sand is a luxury beach home directly on the shores of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the door and down the sandy path to the beautiful waters of the Forgotten Coast. Located in Mexico Beach, Florida, Sea Oats -n- Sand is one of many testimonials to the resiliency of our beach community. Completely destroyed by hurricane Michael in October 2018, Mexico Beach has not been defeated, but has risen again - in some ways even more beautiful than before the storm. Come...sit and relax on the sand, or even on the beautiful covered deck and listen to the soothing sound of the waves as they roll in. Close your eyes and feel the stress and worry of every day life ebb away with the tide.
THINGS TO DO
There is so much to do and see while visiting our beautiful slice of paradise. Visit the colorful shops on Highway 98 in Mexico Beach. Restaurants include Caribbean Coffee, Mexico Beach Sweets, Mango Marleys, and who can resist Killer Seafood's award winning cuisine. Their fish tacos are "killer"!

Cape San Blas can be seen across the way from the deck of Sea Oats -n- Sand. A short drive will get you to the quaint businesses there, as well as to Saint Joseph Peninsula State Park. A nature lovers paradise with hiking trails and access to both Saint Joseph Bay as well as the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

On your way to Cape San Blas, stop in for shopping or dining in Port Saint Joe. The seat of Gulf County, Port Saint Joe is the "business center" of the area. Shop for groceries at the local Piggly Wiggly or the Dollar General Market. Stroll through Downtown Port Saint Joe and shop the quaint businesses on Reid Avenue.

Other attractions within an hour's drive include: Appalachicola, Saint George Island, Panama City, and Panama City Beach.
